Program Note:
At the end of college, anyone would most likely focus on succeeding in their final exams, which gives less time to work on other activities. Nonetheless, an audition was coming up the week after. On this occasion, Cold Water was created days before the audition. It is inspired by a piece I wrote in my music exam, which included a German poem about the flow of water.

The piece tells the voyage of water, starting in a frozen state. The water melts and takes a path downstream, being part of larger and larger rivers & lakes.
